We are truly blessed to live in the United States of America. Please pray that our nation will develop a growing passion and urgency for God and our culture will develop godly values that are increasingly attractive to those who do not know Christ.

I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone--for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. This is good and pleases God our Savior who wants all men to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth. For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all men--the testimony given in its proper time (1 Timothy 2:1-6).

• An end to the war in Iraq (Ephesians 3:20-21)

• Wise and godly candidates in all elections (Proverbs 3)
• Judges and courts to render godly judgments (Luke 18:7)
• A harvest according to all America has sown (Luke 6:38)
• Revival of what is most precious to him in our land (Psalm 85)

Prayer:  We exalt you, Lord. Thank you for the privilege of corporate worship in America.  As many worship you with different voices on the Sabbath, may our praise rise like a symphony.  Bless this corporate agreement so that you are truly seen and believed upon in this nation (Rev. 4; Matt. 18:19).
